Hi there, you hear some VERY negative things about Halls Creek but so far it has been a pleasant surprise for us. It is a 'dry' community so you can't but bottles of wine or spirits at all from a bottle shop but you can buy low-alcohol beer after 5pm. Had a beautiful Thai meal in the dining room here at the Kimberley Hotel Resort and all staff here have been very pleasant and professional. Our waitress last night was a delightful backpacker from Peru! So here are some pics from our journey into 'Purnululu' or 'The Bungle Bungles'. Sorry there are not many with Bob and Fay in them - I haven't been able to use their photos this time but will rectify in next post!
